Classes

In my classes, I create a safe and welcoming space where students can shut out the noise of the outside world, be present, express themselves freely, and move with intention. My teaching blends vinyasa, hatha, and meditation to offer a well-rounded practice that nurtures both body and mind. With accessibility at its core, I always provide options so that yoga truly is for everyone — no matter your experience or ability.
